Limited Lifetime Warranty
Pet Read® warrants the steel mounting plate and integrated leash hook to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser when installed according to the provided instructions and used as intended.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the steel mounting plate or integrated leash hook
- Failure of steel components under normal and intended use
- Defects present at the time of manufacture
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
- Damage to the RV sidewall structure interior wall framing exterior fiberglass or finishes
- RV wall flexing delamination cracking or structural failure
- Installation in areas containing plumbing wiring studs or structural supports
- Cosmetic wear including scratches fading or surface finish changes
- Plastic components including the bezel and cover
- Foam gaskets fasteners or consumable components
- Abuse misuse accidents overloading or modification of the product
Important Installation Disclaimer
Installation of the Pet Read® Flush Mount RV Dog Leash Tie Out requires permanent modification of the RV sidewall.
Pet Read® is not responsible for damage to RV sidewalls wall structures finishes or components resulting from installation or use of this product.
It is the responsibility of the installer to verify that the selected mounting location contains a clear wall cavity free of plumbing wiring studs or structural supports.
If you are unsure about your RV wall construction or installation suitability consult your dealership or a qualified RV technician prior to installation.
Warranty Remedy
If a covered defect is confirmed Pet Read® will at its discretion replace the defective steel component.
